Dear Gilly, someday you will have to stop painting things inspired by the Elder Scrolls series.

BUT NOT YET HAHA.

Working with this style some more. I'm trying to get this whole shapes thing down, and I'm still flip flopping about lineart and how to use it, but at least this piece turned out well.

I love this speedpaint so much ;u; just the colors are so beautiful >w< How long does it take you on average to paint things now?

Haha, oh gosh, this one was definitely not a speedpaint, it took 9 hours because I kept derping around with it. On average, I usually rack up 3 or 4 hours, depending on the complexity--it kinda varies. lol And thanks!

haha I was careful not to say speedpaint and didn't realize I already typed it :'D hurdur XD And nice, that's great time :D I need to work on my time...actually I need to work on speed paints in general lols XD

Although the thing I kind of thought about this style was with the seriously blocky shapes, I thought it was vector at first and thought "DAMN SON SO ADVENTUROUS" You had me totally fooled.

lol She's kind of a timid person. I imagine she wasn't sure the spell would work at all, so it's probably more of a nervous, "oh geez I hope this actually works and also doesn't sear my arm off" kind of thing.

This looks fantastic! The way you drew the magic on her arm and the expression on her face. I love all the detailing on her and the usage of color. It looks so alive. Great job, this is an instant favorite. :#1:
