ClosureFor what seemed like the umpteenth time since her fateful social outing with Jixsei, Galixnil perched quietly on a rooftop in Port Royal, watching her husband—former husband, by her own accounts—scurry around like a madman. Once she had seen him at that party, she had found herself sneaking back to the world to see what the wretched man was up to. Lately, his activity of choice was visiting libraries and asking people if they had seen his wife. She admittedly had a part in his recent preoccupation with his spouse—she'd been spotted several times in her visits, and people occasionally relayed the sightings to the anxious man.

ORGULLA IS FINALLY FINISHED. She took MONTHS and a grand total of just about $100, but...TOTALLY WORTH IT. Woo for uncosplayed Xenosaga characters! Haw.

For the record, my eyes are actually blue (making this costume actually Orgulla's second personality, Manes, but that's beside the point)...but the red eye on this was HORRIBLE, so...while I was fixing it, I figured "what the heck, I'll make my eyes greenish". So if you can tell that my eyes are a little green, then...that's why. And good work.

Everything was made without a storebought pattern. The armbands were made using a pattern made from some lace-up armband I have...the skirt was partially made from a pattern made from a skirt my uncle made for me, and the bustier was storebought. The rest of the stuff was attached using hotglue (I totally levelled up my hotglue skill...*nerdynerd*). Clay was also involved. And you can't see it, but the back has a snap-in panel that covers the back hooks. Annnd I have a lightsaber handle back there.

I also copped out on the boots, but it's not that big of a deal, so I feel no guilt at all.

I'M SO HAPPY. *cries* I couldn't be any more proud.

XD Thanks! I'm mostly surprised it's holding up so well. I guess I'll test it by actually wearing it to a con, though!

Um, I thought so! In case I didn't, she's from Xenosaga: Episode 2. She's in the game, like, twice. And most of that time is spent BEATING YOU UP IN BATTLE HARDCORE.
